Frosthaven Board Game
Frosthaven, a standalone adventure board game, takes place in a small outpost located far north of the capital city, White Oak. This fragile settlement struggles to survive the harsh weather and constant invasions from known and unknown forces. A group of desperate mercenaries takes on the task of saving the outpost from complete destruction. They not only have to battle the elements but also face dangerous threats in the unforgiving cold. The Algox, larger and more yeti-like cousins of the Inox, launch attacks from the mountains. Lurkers pour in from the northern sea, and there are rumors of self-wandering machines in the frozen wastelands.
The mercenaries must confront these perils and strive for peace with the newfound races to join forces against even more sinister entities. Frosthaven introduces sixteen new characters, three new races, over twenty new enemies, more than one hundred new items, and a thrilling 100-scenario campaign. This adventure is brought to you by the same designer and publisher as Gloomhaven.
Fans of Gloomhaven will be pleased to know that all characters and items from the original game can be used in Frosthaven, and vice versa.
